Board of Directors

The Georgia Chapter has 13 members who comprise our Board of Directors. All members in good standing will be allowed to hold office. In addition, the Board parameters are:

• Three of the five Officers must continue to be from the public sector.
• Terms of Officers will be two years.
• The Executive Committee will be composed of the four Officers, the immediate Past President (Officer), Chapter Director and Corporate Director.
• The Board of Directors will be composed of the five Officers, Chapter Director, Corporate Director and six Directors.
• No person may serve concurrently in more than one office.
