You may download the REGISTRATION FORM and mail in the hard-copy form, with A CHECK made
payable to SWANA-Georgia Chapter -- OR -- you may REGISTER ON LINE and pay with a CREDIT CARD via PAYPAL. (You must have a PayPal account.)
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept credit card payments over the phone or on-site. Also, PLEASE NOTE, payment must be received prior to or upon arrival at the conference. WE CANNOT INVOICE ON SITE!
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION FEES:
$150 for SWANA members, $175 for non-members
Fee covers ONE person and includes admittance to all technical sessions, breaks, roundtables, receptions, meals and the exhibitor tradeshow.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FEES:
$300 for SWANA members, $350 for non-members
Fee covers one person and includes one 6-foot, skirted table and two chairs -- and admittance to all technical sessions, breaks, roundtables, receptions and meals, and the Tradeshow.
Additional, exhibitor representatives are welcome and encouraged but must be registered separate and pay the appropriate attendee fee ($150 for SWANA members and $175 for non-members).
Exhibitor Set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12 from 8:00-10:00 am.
Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, as registrations with payment are received. Booth’s will be assigned on-site with a sign with the organization’s name placed with each exhibitor table. Booths may be shipped (to arrive no earlier than November 11) to:

By sending in the completed registration form, exhibitors agree that they assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel and premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its agents, servants and employees, the SWANA Georgia Chapter, conference organizers and their representatives or agents from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
