ABC Waste of Savannah is a family owned garbage company that has been in business since 1956 making us the oldest garbage company in Savannah and possibly GA. We offer Residential, commercial, and roll off services. For large clients we even rent bailers and compactors. We are looking for an experienced sales rep who has experience and connections in the industrial and construction industry of Savannah to help us grow our roll off division. Georgia Certified Landfill Operator Training Rescheduled - October 13-20
Due to the pandemic, the previously scheduled July 2020 Georgia Certified Landfill Operator training at UGA has been redesigned as online training, now scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2020 - Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Per Georgia EPD, if an operator's current, state certification expired in July 2020, a 6-month extension will be granted to allow sufficient time for renewal.

Our Chapter serves almost 300 members throughout Georgia, and other areas, through conferences, certifications, publications, and technical training courses. SWANA-Georgia represents industry leaders from every discipline in solid waste management.
Our chapter provides multiple benefits to our members, including the opportunity to hear about the latest technologies and/or developments in our industry and to network with other solid waste professionals.
