All members in good standing will be allowed to hold office. Three of the five Officers must continue to be from the public sector. Terms of Officers will be two years, in accordance with the chapter fiscal year, which runs July 1-June 30 (with the exception of the 2020-2022 term, which is actually 2 years and 9 months.)
The Executive Committee is composed of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Past President, Chapter Director and Corporate Director.
The Board of Directors will be composed of the five Officers, SWANA Advisory Board Delegate, Corporate Director and six Directors.
No person may serve concurrently in more than one office.
